Order requests and acceptance

Submitting an order request does not make a payment, reserve stock or create an accepted sales contract. We review the requested items, delivery and final price before issuing a payment invitation. An invitation is not a receipt. A contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of your paid order. If we cannot accept a paid request, we will refund the payment.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), retaining the source catalogue currency. Product options, measurements and descriptions vary by style. Photographs may show accessories that are not included; check the product description. Screen settings can affect colour appearance.

Before payment we confirm the final price, delivery costs, applicable taxes or duties, availability and estimated delivery. You may decline the invitation or cancel an unpaid request. If we identify a pricing or listing error, we will explain it before you decide whether to proceed.

Payment and delivery

Payment is requested only after review through an approved provider. Never send card numbers or security codes to us by email. Delivery follows the details agreed with you before payment.

Returns and your rights

See our returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
