1. Submit your order request

Select your products, colours and sizes, add them to your bag and enter your contact and delivery details. The button “Submit order for review” sends an unpaid request. We do not collect card details or take payment at this stage.

2. We review it with you

We check availability, delivery options, any applicable charges and the final total. The amount shown at submission is provisional where delivery or other charges require confirmation. Stock is not reserved by submitting a request.

3. Receive a payment invitation

After review, we can provide a separate payment invitation through an approved provider. Check the order number, currency, recipient and amount before paying. Do not pay if any detail differs; contact us first.

Cancel or change a request

Contact us with your order number before payment if you would like to change or cancel a request. An order request or payment invitation is not confirmation that money has been received.
