Please contact us if an item is not right.

For cancellations, faults or return instructions, contact support@rensentrading.com with your order number and the items concerned. Do not send goods to the company correspondence address unless we confirm it is the correct return destination.

Changing your mind

Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, tell us within 14 days after receiving the goods that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to send them back. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to assess them.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage unless we agreed otherwise before purchase. We refund the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge where required, using the original payment method. The refund is made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and return costs where applicable. Sale items have the same statutory protections as full-price items.

Cancellation notice

You may email or write to us: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [items]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].” No particular form is required.
