Delivery information

Clear delivery details before you pay.

Delivery availability, service, cost and estimated timing depend on the items and destination. We confirm these during order review before inviting you to pay.

Delivery cost

“Delivery confirmed during review” is not an offer of free delivery. Any delivery charge and applicable taxes or duties will be explained before payment. Where duties are payable by the recipient, we will tell you before you decide to proceed.

Timing and tracking

We will provide an estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe during review. We do not promise a universal shipping time. If tracking is available for the agreed service, we will provide it after dispatch.

Delivery address

Check your address carefully. Contact us promptly if it changes. If we cannot deliver an item as agreed, we will contact you about the available options.
