What we collect and why

When you submit an order request, we process the contact details, billing and delivery addresses, selected products and messages you provide to respond to your request, arrange a potential contract and fulfil an agreed order. We may retain order and accounting records where legally required. Technical records such as IP addresses and access logs help maintain security and resolve service problems.

Sharing and payment

We share relevant details only with service providers needed to host the website, communicate with you, handle an approved payment or deliver an agreed order, and where legally required. This website does not collect card numbers or security codes. A separate payment provider handles card information under its own privacy notice.

Cookies

Essential cookies remember your bag, shopping session and login where used. The store does not enable optional advertising or analytics cookies at launch. You may control cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent the bag and checkout from working.

Retention and your rights

We retain details only as needed for the purposes described, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, or ask for a portable copy. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
